CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders attract a premium due to the extra work involved. There are two options available depending on what you are after:
CUSTOM ORDER OF PUG ORIGINALS
Order PUG’s originals to your liking without having to wait. With a custom order you can specify weights, profile, sizes and finish as well as requesting a matched set of cymbals. The premium on this is 20% extra with a 25% deposit upfront and the remaining balance due within 7 days of completion.
CYMBAL CLONING
This includes cloning a physical cymbal or working from a sound file. I will use my knowledge and skills to get the clone as close to the sample as possible. The premium on cloning varies between 25% - 50% with a 25% deposit upfront and the remaining balance due within 7 days of completion.

INTERNATIONAL / DOMESTIC SHIPPING
International / Domestic shipping is calculated on a flat rate system depending on the destination and the weight of the purchase. Several different insurance options are available should you choose to insure the package. If you would like a shipping quote simply select an item and enter your details in the checkout.

All shipments, domestic / international are shipped on Fridays. Any purchase made after Wednesday will be shipped the following Friday.

Standard shipping is carried out by Australia Post. You can request express shipping with Interparcel at an extra expense.
